1. Admissions Procedure for Basic Education (Pre-Kinder to Grade 10) Applicants

1.1. REGISTER through https://bit.ly/FEUCRegSY2021-2022 and RECEIVE your Admissions Control (AdconNumber (ex. FEUC2021XXXXXX). 

1.2. LOG-IN to Student Central using your registered email and password and FILL OUT the Admissions Form.  

1.3. RECEIVE your Admissions Control (Adcon) Number (ex. FEUC2021XXXXXX) and instructions on submitting requirements.  

1.4. EMAIL Admissions Requirements to bedadmissions@feucavite.edu.ph. 

Minimum Admissions Requirements in softcopy:  

  • PSA Birth Certificate (for incoming Pre-Kinder, Kinder, and Grade 1 students)  
  • F-138/SF9-SHS Report Card with LRN or Certificate of Eligibility (for incoming Grades 1 to 10)  

1.5. WAIT for two (2) business days for an acknowledgment email.  

1.6. RESERVE slot for Php 2,000.00. The reservation fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, but it will be deducted from tuition upon enrollment.

  •  Scan/email a copy of your deposit to cashier@feucavite.edu.ph.  Please indicate the name of the student, preferred course, and include it in the subject “Application/Reservation/Enrollment for College”.  
  •  You will receive an acknowledgment receipt once your payment has been verified. You may claim the official receipt at the campus.

  • Official notification (‘qualified to enroll’) handed after the admissions test
  • Two (2) pcs. PSA Birth Certificate (Photocopy)
  • Two (2) pcs. colored 1×1 latest I.D. picture with white background
  • One (1) pc. colored 2×2 latest I.D. picture with white background

3. Enrollment Requirements for Grades 1 to 6

  • Official notification (‘qualified to enroll’) handed after the admissions test
  • Two (2) pcs. PSA Birth Certificate (Photocopy)
  • Two (2) pcs. colored 1×1 latest I.D. picture with white background
  • One (1) pc. colored 2×2 latest I.D. picture with white background
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character (Original Copy)
  • F-138/SF9 Report Card with LRN (Original Copy)

4. Enrollment Requirements for Grades 7 to 10

  • Official notification (‘qualified to enroll’) handed after the admissions test
  • Two (2) pcs. PSA Birth Certificate (Photocopy)
  • Two (2) pcs. colored 1×1 latest I.D. picture with white background
  • One (1) pc. colored 2×2 latest I.D. picture with white background
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character (Original Copy)
  • F-138/SF9 Report Card with LRN (Original Copy)
  • Education Service Contracting Certification for Grades 8 to 10 only. (Original Copy)

5. Additional Requirements for International Students

  • Two (2) copies completely filled-out BI Form CGAF-004 Rev 0 with 2×2 I.D. picture
  • Photocopy of Passport and Visa Status (with expiration date)
  • Photocopy of I-Card (back-to-back with expiration date)

6. Admissions Procedures for Special Cases
Special cases refer to the following applicants:

  1. who failed the Admissions Test
  2. with declared behavioral conditions
  3. with physical conditions/Persons with Disability (PWD)
  4. are Filipinos or foreigners from international schools

Upon recognition of the special case, the applicant’s profile will be endorsed (Application form, Admissions Test result, and other documents provided by the applicant) to the appropriate department for action:

  • Applicant/s who failed the Admissions Test shall be endorsed to GCCO for further evaluation, then to the respective Department’s Director/Dean for recommendation.
  • Applicant/s with declared behavioral conditions shall be endorsed to GCCO for further evaluation, then to the respective Department’s Director/Dean for recommendation.
  • Applicant/s with physical conditions (PWD) shall be endorsed to the school nurse for further evaluation, then to the respective Department’s Director/Dean for recommendation
  • Foreign or Filipino applicants from international schools, Admissions shall seek advice from Registrar’s Office for recommendation.
