Basic Education Admissions for New Students/Transferees

1. Admissions Procedure for Preschool, Grade School and Junior High School Applicants

1.1. Pre-register through any of the following modes:
    a. Online at http://bit.ly/FEUCaviteBEDPreRegistration2020-2021
    b. Walk-in.
    c. Call
1.2. Wait for confirmation of admissions testing schedule and follow provided instructions.
1.3. Come to FEU Cavite Admissions, Marketing, and Communications Office (AMCO) at the G/F of Higher Education/College Building to take the admissions test.
1.4. Submit completely filled out Admissions Application Form.
1.5. Get the admissions test result within 30 minutes.
1.6. Reserve slot for Php 2,000.00.

Admissions Testing Schedules:

Monday to Saturdays, except holidays, at 9:00 AM or 1:30 PM. Applicants must come 30 minutes ahead of schedule to be able to fill-out the application form for admissions. Admissions Application Form can also be downloaded from: http://bit.ly/FEUCaviteBEDAdmissionsForm2020-2021.

Admissions Testing Fee: Php 100.00

Admissions Requirements:

  • One (1) colored 2×2 latest I.D. picture with white background
  • School I.D.
  • #2 pencil/s

Important:

  • Upon receipt of the official examination result notification (‘qualified to enroll’), passer may reserve his/her slot for Php 2,000.00. The reservation fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, but it will be deducted from tuition upon enrollment.
  • Official receipt (reservation fee) must be presented to the Cashier during enrollment.

2. Enrollment Requirements for Pre-Kinder to Kinder

3. Enrollment Requirements for Grades 1 to 6

4. Enrollment Requirements for Grades 7 to 10

5. Additional Requirements for International Students

      • Photocopy of Passport and Visa Status (with expiration date)
      • Photocopy of I-Card (back-to-back with expiration date)

6. Admissions Procedures for Special Cases
Special cases refer to the following applicants:

      1. who failed the Admissions Test
      2. with declared behavioral conditions
      3. with physical conditions/Persons with Disability (PWD)
      4. are Filipinos or foreigners from international schools

Upon recognition of the special case, the applicant’s profile will be endorsed (Application form, Admissions Test result and other documents provided by the applicant) to appropriate department for action:

      • Applicant/s who failed the Admissions Test shall be endorsed to GCCO for further evaluation, then to respective Department’s Director/Dean for recommendation.
      • Applicant/s with declared behavioral conditions shall be endorsed to GCCO for further evaluation, then to respective Department’s Director/Dean for recommendation.
      • Applicant/s with physical conditions (PWD) shall be endorsed to school nurse for further evaluation, then to respective Department’s Director/Dean for recommendation
      • Foreign or Filipino applicants from international schools, Admissions shall seek advice from Registrar’s Office for recommendation.
Senior High School

1.5. Reserve slot for Php 2,000.00
1.6. Upload your enrollment requirements, log-in the Student Portal:
https://online.feu.edu.ph/89324864/using your Admissions Control (Adcon) Number and password.
1.7. Visit https://www.feu.edu.ph/index.php/quick-links/employee/ for program tagging. Log-in the Net Central using your registered email address and system-generated password. Find your program that with “CVT” and “2020”
1.8. Log-in Student Central at https://student-central.azurewebsites.net/login using your registered email address and system-generated password. A notification will pop-out that your enrollment is successfully submitted.

  • The reservation fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, but it will be deducted from tuition upon enrollment.
  • Initial payment to be enrolled is only Php 7,000. If reservation is made, you only need to pay Php 5,000.00

  •        Scan/email a copy of your deposit to gvelante@feucavite.edu.ph. Please indicate the name of the student, preferred course, and include in the subject “Enrollment for Basic Education” or “Reservation for Basic Education”.
  •        We will send an acknowledgement receipt once we have verified your payment. The official receipt will be issued once we resume office operations. The reservation fee is nonrefundable and nontransferable, but it will be deducted from tuition.

4. Enrollment Requirements for College Transferees (Filipinos)

Transferees are students who have enrolled or taken college or vocational units in other colleges, universities or vocational schools. Even applicants who apply as freshmen will still be considered transferees for as long as they have officially enrolled in any degree or certificate program in another college/university after high school.

Transferees will also be required to pass the FEU Cavite CAT as a requirement for admission. They also need to ensure that they pass the cut-off scores of the degree program they are applying for. These can be verified at AMCO during their evaluation.

Transferees are required to submit the following to AMCO, which will be evaluated by the Registrar and concerned Program Coordinator:

  • Official notification (‘qualified to enroll’) handed after the admissions test
  • Two (2) pcs. PSA Birth Certificate (Photocopy)
  • Two (2) pcs. colored 2×2 latest I.D. picture with white background
  • Transcript of Record (T.O.R.) or scholastic record (Original Copy)
  • Course Description of courses taken and passed
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character (Original Copy)
  • Certificate of Transfer/Honorable Dismissal/Transfer Credentials (Original Copy)

Admission of transferees is determined by the two offices below. A transferee needs a positive recommendation from both offices to be admitted in the school.

AMCO

  • Checks completeness and correctness of the documents submitted for evaluation

Program Coordinator

  • Conducts Academic Program Credit Evaluation (APCE) and determines if the transferee qualifies for the degree program

5. Enrollment Requirements for College Transferees (International Students)

International Students are non-Filipino citizens seeking admission to the College. They may be admitted after satisfying all admission requirements concerning international students. As FEU Cavite students, they are expected to observe and recognize the distinctive philosophy, vision and mission of the school. They are also expected to strictly obey immigration laws of the country as implemented by the Bureau of Immigration. All international students are required to consult the AMCO regarding admissions requirements and the Registrar’s Office for student visa concerns. The Registrar’s Office Liaison Officer will assist international students in securing their appropriate visa.

Applicants must pass the following assessment:

  • FEU College Admission Test and
  • INTELLAC English Proficiency Test

Applicants must submit the following documents for evaluation:

  • Official notification (‘qualified to enroll’) handed after the admissions test
  • Two (2) pcs. Birth Certificate (Photocopy)
  • Two (2) pcs. colored 2×2 latest I.D. picture with white background
  • Two (2) pcs. colored passport-size I.D. photos
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character (Original Copy)

6. Enrollment Requirements for College Re-enrollees/Returning Students

A returning student is an FEU student who temporarily left the College for whatever reason. Returning students shall be subject to the Selective Retention Policy of the College. In case a new curricular program is adapted, subjects then will be assessed based on the new curriculum. Students, whose curriculum has already expired, must be evaluated using the existing and effective curriculum at the time of the return.

Students who do not qualify but may want to continue must repeat all subjects taken except PE and NSTP.

Applicants must submit the following for evaluation:

  • Completely filled-out Application for re-admission
  • Official copy of grades and credited evaluation from the Program Coordinator (Original Copy)
  • Clearance from Accounting and Dean’s Office (Original Copy)

Higher Education Department 

The Higher Education Department (HED) offers different types of scholarships and discounts. To avail the scholarship grants and discounts, the students must apply. The Scholarship and Financial Assistance (SFA) Committee releases the list of qualified scholars based on available slots. 

ENTRANCE SCHOLARSHIP 

  • Senior High School Valedictorian (Rank 1) 

Full exemption (100%) on basic tuition for two (2) successive semesters provided that there is no failure in any subject 

  • Senior High School Salutatorian (Rank 2) 

Partial exemption (75%) on basic tuition for two (2) successive semesters provided that there is no failure in any subject 

  • Senior High School 1st to 3rd Honorable Mentions (Ranks 3 to 5) 

Partial exemption (50%) on basic tuition for two (2) successive semesters provided that there is no failure in any subject
