FAQs on Cancellation of Enrollment
Cancellation of enrollment refers to withdrawing from ALL enrolled courses. This results to removal of all enrollment records for the applicable semester.

Cancellation Procedure
1. Submit an Enrollment Cancellation request via Student Central
2. Submit a letter of cancellation signed by both the student and the parent/guardian stating the reason. Send it to enrollment@feucavite.edu.ph
3. Interview/counseling with GCCO may be recommended by the Department Chair
4. Approval of the Department Chair
5. Approval of the Dean
6. Approval of the Registrar
FAQs on Dropping of Courses
Dropping refers to authorized withdrawal from an enrolled course (one or more but not all). This results to remarks of AW in the student’s transcript of records for the dropped course.

IMPORTANT REMINDER: If a student drops ALL enrolled subjects during the semester, this will be considered as ENROLLMENT CANCELLATION. All processes, requirements, and refund matrix for enrollment cancellation will be followed.
Dropping Procedure
1. File drop request via Student Central, stating the reason
2. For evaluation of the Department Chair. Intervention of GCCO may be recommended depending on the reason stated
3. Approval of the Department Chair
4. Approval of the Dean
5. Approval of the Registrar
April 17, 2023: Last day of dropping for graduating students
May 13, 2023: Last day of dropping for non-graduating students
