Psychology Faculty Presented Paper in PAP Convention

Higher Education Department’s (HED) Psychology faculty member, Erickson Amion, presented his paper entitled “Personality Traits, Quality of Life, and Self-Efficacy of Selected College Students” during the 54th Annual Convention of the Psychological Association of the Philippines (PAP) held in Bacolod City on September 20-22, 2017.

Three papers, including Amion’s study, were included in PAP’s Symposium #2 focusing on the general theme “Student’s Road to Success.” This symposium featured scholarly work dedicated in helping the students become successful. The presenters during this Symposium discussed how various identified/examined factors lead to students’ academic achievement; how teacher experiences and teaching methodologies help students learn better the concepts and theories of Social Psychology; and how students develop and understand themselves better.

Amion was accompanied by the Psychology Program Coordinator, Mae Ann Rose Pedrialva who represented FEU Cavite in the Convention and networked with PAP colleagues.
